The best way to ensure fresh vegetables is to buy the vegetables when they are in season. The benefits to seasonal shopping are lower prices, locally grown and fresher vegetables. Talk with your local farmer's market or produce clerk and find out the seasons for each vegetable, so you get nothing but fresh. As an example, tomatoes grown during the winter tend to have a thick skin and taste bland. It wouldn't even splat if you hit it with a baseball bat. Tomatoes grown in season appear juicy, solid and taste yummy. fake oakleys

Dear Omar,
Mabrook and thank you very much for the innovative thinking. Cars are becoming the curse of the mega cities. I have seen this car colonisation and occupation of cities and roads across Africa, Asia and South America. Cars have become the kings of the cities while people have become the aliens of the cities. Cars have priority over pedestrians. The cars can horn to frighten and harrass and drive the poor non-car driving humans crazy in the centre of their own cities.
We need innovative minds like yours to reclaim the cities and roads for people and by the people.
